Inspections

TYPE A

VISUAL INSPECTION AND FUNCTIONAL OF CONSTRUCTION FINISHED WORK

A visual inspection of the home is realized, indicating or signaling poorly done constructive details, realizing an inspection of the functioning of the hydraulic installations, sanitary, electric, gas, air conditioning, etc. The inspection is realized in all interior and exterior areas of the property, rooftops, machinery rooms, bedrooms, studies, bathrooms, dressing rooms, common and circulation areas, etc. A photographic report of the inspection is given and in writing a list of all that was found during the inspection.

TYPE B

VISUAL INSPECTION, FUNCTIONAL AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE OF FINISHED WORK

A Type A inspection is realized, determining the constructive visual details and an inspection and revision to the construction or finished work based on the Executive project given to the client is attached. The inspection is realized in all interior and exterior areas of the property, rooftops, machinery rooms, bedrooms, studies, bathrooms, dressing rooms, common and circulation areas, etc. A photographic report of the inspection is given and in writing a list of all that was found during the inspection.

TYPE C

INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES

The inspection is realized during the process of execution of the work, reviewing the construction process of the housing, from the realization of the executive project and during the process of execution of the construction. Two weekly visits to the construction site are done and a photographic and technical report of the inspection is given monthly.

TYPE D

VISUAL AND FUNCTIONAL INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION OF USED HOUSING

A Type A inspection is realized and attached to the report is a list of the processes of the possible solutions o reparations found in the report.
