I arrived to Los Cabos, in 1998 as an architect just graduated from university, I began in the construction of hotels and I continued specializing in finishes. 

I began my own firm in 2005 which lasted until 2008, when due to the crisis i returned to employ myself with private businesses dedicated to the construction of housing until 2011. In the same year I began my own business of maintenance and remodeling of luxury housing with great success. 

In 2014 due to the aftermath of Hurricane Odile I got the opportunity of returning to a large company of luxury real estate development until 2020. 

Throughout my entire career I have witnessed the necessity of capacitated inspectors with experience and the knowledge required for supervision and inspection of property goods.

Which is why I have decided to undertake this project where I put at your service all my knowledge and experience in the area of construction to guarantee that your construction project or inversion in a real state has the quality you expect.
